These interactive summary cards were originally developed for the WHO guide to mental health in primary care.

They are designed to be used interactively within the consultation, to help the practitioner explain key features of the disorder to the patient and enter into discussion about a possible management plan.

They are made available here as pdf files and can be printed out and mounted on either side of a piece of A4 card for ease of use.
